1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our dry-cleaning and laundry services (“Services”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
2. Service Overview & Minimum Charges
Our Services include pick-up, drop-off, and in-store dry-cleaning and laundry.
Minimum Order Fees:
Wash and Fold: $45 minimum per order.
Dry Cleaning: No minimum per order.
3. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or mobile app.
Delivery timelines are subject to scheduled routes and availability. Pickup times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should label or separate special-care items (e.g., “Dry Clean Only”, delicate fabrics).
Items not suitable for standard cleaning may be refused.
Please remove or declare all personal items from pockets; we are not liable for lost or damaged personal items unless due to our negligence.
5. Liability, Damage & Claims
We are not responsible for damages resulting from normal wear, manufacturer defects, or care-label instructions negligence.
For lost or damaged items, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup/drop-off (or delivery), after which liability is limited to the lesser of:
Three times the individual charge per garment, or
The replacement cost of the item.
We may require proof of purchase for reimbursement; fraudulent claims may be denied.
6. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for items that, in our judgment, pose a risk to our staff, machinery, or other customers (e.g., items heavily soiled with hazardous substances).

7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are determined per pound or per item. Final charges for laundry services are based on actual weight at the time of processing.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. For recurring plans, existing customers will be given advance notice of any changes.
8. Customer Account & Contact
To use recurring services, Customers must provide accurate contact information and maintain an account.
Customers may receive SMS updates—e.g., scheduling reminders—with message and data rates applicable. You may opt out at any time (e.g., by replying STOP).
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary (e.g., changes in law or operations). Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, and any disputes will be resolved in courts located therein.
